Tips From JJ (June '16) Need Mental Vacation?Are you feeling tired or overwhelmed, overworked or on a treadmill? Are you needing a break but it’s not time for one yet or you just returned from vacation? SOLUTIONS You work hard to get ready to go on vacation, and then you work hard to get caught up when you're back. Vacations are supposed to refresh and recharge you! Often they do but sometimes you come back more tired than when you left. When this happens you need to take a mental vacation for a few minutes during the day to get the refreshed and recharged feeling back. How you’re feeling is the indicator.
